Refund policy

Returns

You can return any unused Vibecup in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email vibecups26@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong items

If your cup arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps). We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged or wrong items.

Not returnable

Cups that have been used, washed, or are missing parts or packaging can't be returned unless they arrived defective.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
