Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of vibecups.in and to every order you place with Vibecups.in ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent); if we do, we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Products

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Vibecups are drink holders with storage; items shown inside the cups in photos and videos are for illustration only and are not included.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

5. Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content, photos or videos for commercial use without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
